It’s never truly passive, you can’t just set and forget the way you can in the stock market

I have lots of saving in stocks.

They're just not there yet but I predict in the next 2 years we'll start to see better tools.

Tbh it’s really not a great time to invest right now, the yields are for the most part with a few exceptions below what you can get in a bond/stock.

We utilize an engineering department and do a LOT of analysis to ensure our insureds are adequately protected while also pleasing our broker(s).I studied finance in college and would confidently say I'm ahead of the curve in equity investing (stocks).

Recognizing and acting on them in a smart manner is the challenge  Here is another prediction, those that recognize the value in my post already have a plethora of opportunities.  

This is no different than picking a high risk stock and the stock goes bust..

Short Term RentalLong Term Rentals: They offer stable and predictable income once a tenant is in place and generally appreciate over time, adding to your equity.

I didn't predict the latest **** coin or invent some crazy business; I just house hacked a few properties and increased my income slightly by leaving the military for a better paying government job.

I'm very excited about this Texas Stock Exchange that should open in 2026 too.
