I can save a few bucks on my kitchen outfitting list by shopping Walmart isles, but I prefer the convenience of clicking a button.  

Go to a local mom and pop store and tell them you'd like to use them exclusively to outfit your property, and if you do, ask them what deal they can give you.

There are a few outfits around town that do it as a loss leader for their real estate brokerage, but even they are expensive and most of them aren't even compliant. 

The reality is that many people look on craigslist and other online sources to find plumbers so smart outfits should market via various sources to ensure they don't miss out on business.
