I originally planned on selling the home, but after researching through Bigger Pockets lately, I have decided to hold and rent after a rehab.

A few months later, we received a notice from the lender stating that we no longer had home insurance and needed to secure coverage within a certain number of days.As it turns out, our original home insurance was canceled because it required the property to be owner-occupied.

If location isn't a big factor (does not seem to be based on original post) I would highly recommend looking into building a barndonium or shouse in an an area where you can get a tract of land fairly inexpensive and has little zoning regs and requirements.

Seller's aren't conceding to list below their original purchase price, or too much lower than it.

Im the original poster, and let me tell you , i was never able to close any deals since joining the program.

He was originally the owner of the franchise and all the local Big Yahoos used him for their taxes.
