Looking for everyone’s opinion.

It's the least riskiest way to own income property in my opinion. 

My personal opinion is that rates will go down slightly with the recent rate drop and stay there until around March 2025.

In my opinion, if what you want is leads, you aren't going to make the right use out of Pro because you will be trolling for buyers and sellers instead of being an asset to the community and answering questions.If you've been a Pro member for several years and have only made three posts, you haven't been interacting with the community over that timeframe and that is where relationships are built.

In my opinion, the marginal protection benefit doesn't justify the extra costs and worse financing terms.

I keep seeing so many different opinions on what is what.

In my opinion, if you’re new to this, find an experienced investor/flipper and partner with them.

After reading this thread, a few comments come to mind over this common A or B decision.Without knowing how much it is (no need to say) makes my advice (or more accurately, my opinion) more general in nature but here it goes:Lending has very little to no tax shelters whereas buy and hold does.

My contract with PMC doesn't state anything about them not working with warranty - if a PMC does it, this is a mistake in my opinion.
