Do you discount back the "internet fee" or just tell them they're paying for it whether they use it or not.And those vandals masquerading as cable technicians drive me nuts.

You can also get a decent amount of bang for your buck purchasing in fruit cove or Switzerland and pay much less but you will be away from the beach so it does depend on your goals.

Normally you will see repeat dumpers so "go nuts" if you catch them in the act.
