Crazy enough, the property will still cash flow (very little) with this hit. 

Low supply = high prices/occupancy Even in central america/caribbean most airbnbs are running very low occupancy rates right now and just the high end units that provide an experience hitting target profits. 

If you hit the DTI ceiling go DSCR.  

Get rid of crappy tenants that have been there for 20 years and still paying $500 per month instead of $1500, but it's a $hit hole.
