The fear I have is PM not wanting to to mange it, or the city pops me for having an elegal build, because the second home is not permitted, so it won’t pass any financing.

The occasional explosion that damages surrounding houses I believe must be due to NG. 

Tenants deposit rent directly into account I mange online.

Sometimes driving 20 minutes I find myself cursing wishing I lived closer  :)As a side note: I work full time in NYC and have over an hour commute from my place in NJ to NYC so this probably wears on my excessively as well.If all I did was manage my properties than maybe that half hour limit would be a bit more...If the return is fantastic and a great location Etc. go for it, if it is too much you can always get someone else to mange it.Good luck,Chris
