Trump has stated he likes a weeker dollar.I don't agree with many of the posts above....here is Kiyosaki's perspective...Greece had a huge financial crisis last year - people couldn't even get money out of the bank.India in the last couple of months has tried to get away from paper money.  

Just as a heads up, I chatted with him last night and he is flying on Saturday to Greece for about 11 days!

Also forgot to mention, I have a vacation condo in greece as well worth $300k give or take and she was open to that property + cash as well bc she actually lives in paris and that would be a very close vacation home for her. 

We have showings but most commented on the neighbours property not in a good shape.

The initial setup is the problem, don't know if they had them where you grew up, but this was the standard in Athens, Greece in poured-concrete apartment buildings so I was familiar with them.

Our neighbour there old us it was a 20 - 30 minute event and no one really objects.
