The mine trap in commercial real estate is huge..... i don't know how many cycle of this I've seen in my life, but 2023 ain't the biggest, it took minimum 5 years before the dust settles.

I know your cost of living May be higher than mine was (I live in Virginia), but the skills you develop from this will be extremely useful in many ways. 

As investors and yes friends of mine grow their business into very  large commercial properties.

I saw I need a TPT license to operate an Airbnb, do I also need a buisness license ? 

I flew out to team build a few times, but now operate a full business that does about 50-60 properties per year with about 1 trip a year just to schmooze.

I am expanded my door knocking operation to include other people within my company.
