While living there I $13k remodel of the bathroom (making it a luxury bathroom with enclosed steam shower and bathroom proof wood floors) which I very much enjoyed (and will miss) plus say $3,000 for other pre-move out expenses (painting, repairs, etc.).

San Antonio AirbnbYou guys did a nice job making an older house into a little bit upscale model home (like would be used to show for a new development).Somebody has some skill going on in that arena.I'm not an AirBnB expert but I don't see a wow factor.Such as a huge screen TV, a circle shaped bed, a heart shaped bed, a steam sauna, right next to the river walk, etc...Nothing to really set it apart (other than it's great model home looks).Is it haunted, was it haunted, did Wyatt Earp sleep there, etc....(???)
