I currently own 4 units in 8 unit complex and i had to pay from my own pocket for cutting down trees because hoa has no money and the other units members dont' want to pitch and could care less also they dont' maintain there budlings which makes the complex look bit down.

I think this is a great cautionary tale to tell BP members..

If any place has HOA/POA I would be very careful with those restrictions and talk to plenty of people including every board member before buying about their views on STR. 

Down payment, closing costs, boosting credit score, etc. 2) Find rockstar team members that will be your boots on the ground to help you find a great property to invest in.3) If you're considering your house hack ROI.
