Like I said before, I'm just out of college and more than willing to take on a bit of risk on order to keep ahold of this steal of a deal.Honestly, I could face the music and have to do what you have done, but it would still be cheaper for me to just risk eating a months rent after getting booted early than to pay the substantially higher rent somewhere else (and in a worse location too!).

If you read music, writing a song in B flat and trying to play in C minor presents some problems for some musicians, having to transpose, no one wants to transpose meanings while trying to consider a deal.Go to the book stores, and please stay away from guru books for now, LOL.
