As long as I don't loose money I will be happy TBH.

Ina, there are several lenders servicing the NYC multi family space that pretty loose about income and tax returns as long as the property shows decent rental income.

I spent many years in the insurance business and have never heard of a policy application for an excess, or umbrella, policy to be denied because of a claim, especially a property damage claim.

I wouldn't want to loose this lead but also do the right thing.

The term general contractor, is a fairly loose term in scope, so maybe you are talking more about a handyman, at least how I think about it.  

But it is the excessive side fees that I can never get full monthly rent.
