Moorestown Mall will welcome Parky’s, a two-story entertainment center, in early 2025, while Neshaminy Mall signed its largest lease since 2017 with Fusion Fitness, an athletic complex opening mid-2025.

These stories almost always boil down to one indisputable fact - the people in them never work regular jobs.

Hello BP,  I wanted to share some success stories of three of my clients who bought homes to renovate and then rent out STR-style. 

There's a lot happening, and sometimes swapping stories can spark new ideas.Anyway, just thought I'd share what Ive seen.

The plan is to build a modern two-story 3200 sq ft house, 4 BD, 4.5 BH house with a garage. 

As a former inhabitant of coastal New England, I will match flooding and storm and erosion stories with anyone, any day.
