I’ve written letters on behalf of clients in similar positions to yours reserving the right to request the improvements be removed in the future.

If someone comes by after that and books a 2star property expecting 5star service, that's their fault.They are trying to turn in to AirBnb… If they want to do that, at least improve on the interface/user experience.

Many Martis buyers are interested in form over function and the builds can reflect that, with more $ spent on adding square footage and finishes than the details that aren't seen (insulation, ventilation, water management, etc). 

I think this is a solid move overall by the city to help weed out the bad hosts and improve guest safety.

Down payment of $75k and improvements/furniture of around $40k.Would love to hear your guys thoughts on this!

I was told it would take 4-6 months at most for a payout..I have over $1000.00 invested and am on a fixed income was just trying to improve my financial situation.
