the only thing with your statement out here on the west coast you need a cashiers check for the minimum bid before your allowed to bid... so if you have hundreds of thousands in the bank you certainly can do this.. if your trying to do the no money out of pocket make middle man fee's simply won't work on the west coast..

They wont explain detailes or if there cancelation fee, they told to skeep pages just put initials cause their read everything outloud but not the specific of cancelation fee or that loan will be in hundreds small credit cards, and ill get hundred inquiries, does they actually send anyone to collection?
