Set up a keyword search for "self storage" and you will be notified anytime someone is talking about it in these forums (that's how I found this post;)...I've got a humble little blog here on BP called "All things self storage" that you might check out as an elementary primer.

Ok I'm not familiar with the compucram I took the Ohio RE Sales "practice" exam.I was hoping that it was similar to the real State exam bc I've taken this practice exam a few times tbh lol.But that's awesome that you passed on the first time.I'm feeling pretty confident but humble at the same time.

Although I know it's a sales pitch, I'm still humble enough to know we are such beginners and would benefit from mentorship.

I have to stay humbles.

Even with my humble financial position, if I think creatively, and maybe find the right lender or partner, I know I can make things happen, create a deal, grow my assets and achieve financial freedom.I have not read the book you mentioned but it is on my list of books to read.

Whether you spent an extra decade in higher education or never even finished high school, you can be successful (however you want to define it) as long as you work hard, are humble and make good connections with people.

They have no case that I can see, but I'm just a humble re broker, not an attorney or insurance company.  ;-)It seems to me that the price of a good nights sleep for you will be getting all the plumbing properly replaced.  

I am humble enough to know that I MAY lack the necessary communication skills.

Because at the end of the day, if it doesn't cashflow on day 1, and there is a reason that it won't cashflow, then it's not a good deal (in my humble opinion since I invest for cashflow).
