Happy Holidays

I think it's fairly priced ($2,900/mo), is in East Nashville, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, is 1,900 sq ft, and was built just a few years ago so it's in great shape.I'm trying to figure out if this is a normal timeframe (especially considering we just went through the holidays) or if there's a chance my property management company isn't doing a great job.Please let me know your thoughts!

A lot tourism during Christmas holiday Demand for housing was off the hedges( timeshares, motels , and etc ) 

Things fall on a holiday and they turn off the IRS website, government shutdowns, see bat flu shuts the world down).

Then the holidays picked up and I knew I wasn't going to get any progress during the week of Thanksgiving and perhaps a significant portion of the following week.

Nights weekends holidays, any spare moment I could.

We meet either the 1st or 2nd, depending on holidays, Sunday of every month.

That said, I don't raise rents from about November to February because of the holidays.
