For landlords in areas with harsh winters, what is the one single most importance piece of property maintenance should you start planning now for the fall to prepare for winter?

My wife thinks I sometimes filter out lower class people too harshly.

I don't mean to be harsh, but you are kind of saying:Hi, I don't even know what I don't know, so can you tell me everything I need to know.So first read a little more, then ask specific questions.

The problem with current tax system is just too many rules and too many grey areas, seems more of an art than a science, and I know it's just a harsh environment for self-employed people to qualify for mortgages these days.

Once a judgement is granted a defendants wages can be garnished and other harsh collection tactics can take place.

Forgive me if this sounds harsh, but if you have bad credit, it's likely because you have too much debt and/or you don't pay your obligations on time, and if you don't have any cash, it's likely because you're not good at saving money.
