The first Rich Dad book was good to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, but after that the books lacked any real substance.  

Most of those people have a hard time wrapping their minds around the idea that I have no substance abuse issues, as most the veterans they work with do. 

Does anyone know of any books or substance I could read to show how to do this?

@James Vermillion @Joshua DorkinI would like to extend your guidance and say if you have never participated in the forums (i.e. zero posts) and send out a colleague request without an personal introduction, the recipient has no context in which to interpret the colleague request.Such requests have not substance and are little more than spam.

This guy has stayed out of trouble since at least and hasn't caused more harm and did a good job working for me.

(Not saying you said that but about to make a point) To some degree, how you said and what words you used may matter but understand that suggesting to a borrower you can help them avoid foreclosure if not properly stated with proper facts around the affects of the actions could cause harm to the homeowner or the homeowner could claim you caused them harm.
