Because I had been burned bad in RE before that I was too gun-shy to pull the trigger on anything even though I knew inside houses were ridiculously cheap and so was the market. 

You seem like an enthusiastic go-getter. 

We want to fire a big gun to maximize the advantage of a bigger loan i.e. more debt pay down, tax write offs, and appreciation.

I can tell you the more experienced investors I am working with in Colorado Springs are still buying right now while I do see newer investors getting gun shy.

Unemployment is rapidly climbing and the only industries I see weathering the storm at this time are construction, healthcare, liquor, grocery and gun stores.

My cousin just buys guns.  

When board members (or their hired guns) go rogue then the membership needs to rise up, attend meetings, run their own candidates for board vacancies & annual elections.

My fiancé is a little gun shy due to the coronavirus (her family thinks the housing market will dip) and also that the prices are higher than they’ve ever been (I think they’re going to keep growing).
