You should share the information with your lender so you dont come across any surprise issues as you get closer to closing.

Paid 27,500.00 for it cash and let it sit.. mow the grass every few years pay the taxs  350.00 a year.. in 2020 sold for 2.2 million.

Or maybe they are supposed to be taking care of the lawn and you get a letter from the city for violations because the grass is too tall.

I think buying this for $900k might get you closer to where you need to be, but I definitely wouldn't be interested at $1M purchase with 3.6% estimated CoC return.Hope you get the deal done at the right price!
