If so, make SURE that the home is wired properly to be safe when they overload the circuit.If it were me, I would accommodate it, but I live in GA and am biased when it comes to A/C.

I am not being hateful at all, but some are artful at cognitive bias, making justifications supporting such thinking and their actions as they benefit them, they are not going to change.

I could have easily gone with particle board melamine, and all mdf doors, but the plywood will be more durable, and less prone to moisture problems, and the hardwood doors will handle wear and tear of my toddler as well.I also am an engineer for a cabinet shop so I can design, program, and cut my on cabinets on a cnc, so I'm a little biased and have a few more choices than most. 

There policy was to only place same gender into an apartment unless the tenants indicated they had no preference.

@Julie Macd i have a biased opinion but Bellingham has some nice opportunities.  

However real estate commissions are biased because they are made up of real estate agents and brokers.

I work for a large wholesaler in Houston, so this is completely biased.

I'm in the appraising field so I'm a little bias on getting BPO's verse getting an appraisal.
