While your coworkers are at Happy Hour or football games, the REI may be knee deep in it.

I think that'll help you gain more insights into the market and start building your team for the long-term game. 

I have only done a few deals but the thing I constantly having to remind myself is R/E is a long game. 

Best to have another meeting with your team to talk through other exit strategies and game plans.
