Talking about $1200 ish flushed down the crapper just in lenders insurance. 

But sounds like there is enough local demand, and Investors still flush with cash, despite no STR revenue to keep housing prices propped up.

After a few tenants flushed these and caused major back ups-I have dedicated an entire lease page to things that can be flushed and things that can’t and make them initial.

. - Confirm gas, electric, water are all ON - Turn on heating unit, turn on AC (if applicable) and confirm heat/air coming through all vents - Run all faucets, shower, and flush all toilets, check for active leaks - Test every light fixture and every outlet - Confirm all appliances work - Check all windows/doors for any issues (air gaps, water leaks, locking, not opening/closing, slamming windows, etc.)

While living there,  the owner below would complain about all types of noise problems - foot steps, toilets flushing, vaccuming, etc.

I had to dig up the lid to access the tank and the septic company said they would charge an extra $50 to dig it up.You will want to make sure nobody drives a vehicle on the leach field & septic tank and, as someone previously mentioned, include in the lease something about what can be flushed down. 

If you're not flush with cash, once you determine where you will land for a few years, market to find a distressed seller (SFR...most likely in sub-markets).

Now i have seen the typical radiators used with steam heat but these radiators are recessed into the wall, basically flush with the wall.

The market is strong, renters are flush.
