I fly into Florida end of this month for an eye test.

The last rehab I did, I budgeted 14k (and I've been doing this for a while), but some unexpected things came up, causing our cost to fly past 20 (I'll calculate the damages next April, it's making money now). 

Heard this recently as "the fly on the wall".

Constantly sweating and the insects/mosquitos/flies.

I live in Michigan and my wife and I have been flying down to DFW for years to attend their events and take their live classes. 

Also, you generally cant leverage since banks won't allow you to fly uninsured!

Would i strongly benefit me to fly back over there just to attend a local meet up, or would i be able to do that through this forum instead?

Would love to hear what the BP community has to contribute, I eventually want to fly out there and get to know the local market and other investors in person.
