The best advice I can give you for seeking counsel in online forums is learn how to ask specific questions and provide as much detail as you can. 

To address this I took detailed pictures from beginning to end of my most recent flip, documenting that we did a thorough job using quality materials.

If you can come up with an extra 1.5% and finance with a conventional loan you have none of those downsides, a lower monthly payment and PMI only until you hit 20% equity

Some owners are willing to miss out on thousands of dollars just for a chance at a couple extra hundred dollars.
