Investing in real estate is complex enough from afar, but add in currency moves, political corruption, economies tied to vary narrow industries (export oriented / commodity based), language, unique laws, regulations, taxes, etc, why endure that headache.I've written about this before and won't go into a ton of details but I traveled to many LatAm countries working for Dell and like you, saw opportunities.  

@Gita Faust it looks like Hubdoc only exports to Quickbooks Online.

It also generates about 10 different financial reports that can be exported to excel.I haven't bought the app (12 dollars) so do you have another suggestion?

With a reason to have low interest rates continue (call it a too big natl debt to handle or not wanting the US$ to climb too high to impact exporters...many bright folks just don't see higher int rates).  

It allows 10,000 property exports for around the 100 per month.

Yes, you might be able to export a list of all of your expenses and income, but it will not organize them by property or in a elegant schedule-E report at year end.

And although US product will be cheaper to export, imported goods which we all depend on, will be expensive (Mainly commodities but also final products).

Right now, there is so much weakness in many developed economies that there is a potential for everyone to try and make their currency weaker in the hopes of improving their domestic economies by increasing exports (the US is doing this big time).
