I know on resident leases you can add a new addendum on the lease at renewal time but our management agreements don't expire they continue forever essentially unless either party gives a notice to terminate.

Whether they sent a letter or txt stating the exact date that happened could be immaterial.

Their opinion was that as long as the Heloc closed and 3-day recission expired prior to her closing on the new home, they didnt care.
