Its not rocket science, but it does take a certain type of person to be able deal with evictions, leaky pipes and roaches all the time!

After two hard freezes, there's so many pinprick holes in the pipes that it's best to replumb the whole house with PEX. 

Is this a pipe dream.

I've gotten burned twice now on broken sewage pipes.

They will have to dig down around the entirety of the structure to redo the drainage pipes and apply the sealant-it is not cheap!

I need to find a plumber I can trust to send one of those power snakes through to the town sewer connection and clear the pipe.

Then during inspections if I find something big i.e. pipes, roofing, etc then I come back to renegociate. 

Also they'll run a static water test or scope the plumbing to make sure that the pipes didn't crack due to the movement of the house.
