My goal for this year is to get 5 STRs which seems more likely via arbitrage.

We also have a PLAN to improve the properties, thus increasing rents and improving cashflow.So, it's important to have a pretty good PLAN about what your goals are!

You have to ask yourself what the end goal and how many of these do you plan on doing to reach that goal.
