You may find something there.You can also go to the etsy website and search for any type of spreadsheet you would like.

What kinda gets me is when the same poster becomes hostile, argumentative, accusatory and or sarcastic because they’re not receiving the response they want (and probably just paid $5k + for knowledge/information/mentorship that won’t lead to their desired result). 

You could put it into a note, after finding a local broker in your area (search for hard money lenders in your local market if you aren't sure where to start).

Then reset your search to 2 weeks out and see how many of them are still available.
