We do complete projects significantly faster using technology and dedicated teams for sales, service, permits etc.

I have tried a few of those, Redfin is my direct competition in most of the Zips I works, they only had leads waaaay out in the rural areas/desert, for Ojo we really need to be on the paid platform for quality leads, still trying Upnest, Have had success with Agent Pronto, OP city only sent low end land and mobile home leads which are time burners in this market, Homelight only partners with a few big teams here, Clever is on the list to try, fingers crossed thats a good one for SoCal

So still out there making money but my new goal is finding a life partner . . . which is way harder than real estate LOL.Bottom line, it comes down to dedication and focus.

I’m sure you’re right in that ProVision is a much better company than WealthAbility.I’d consider dedicating at least 1/2 the time you spend trolling & responding to all my comments on these PUBLIC BP forums to responding to WealthAbility client complaints.

I've known investors to try investing in mobile homes which have not worked out for them.

Curious, is there a dedicated online group for investors in the Daytona area for meetups/knowledge sharing/etc on Facebook or here on bigger pockets?
