I'm fortunately right now that working night shift allows me to have day time hours to do things like meet investors, banks, as well as look at properties and go to sheriff sales.

A lot of depends n my opinioNIdepends if it is rented for $500 or $2000If it’s $2000 I would just accept it and figure I’ll take it out of the deposit when they leavedepends if it was easy to rent the first time I would be more likely to end their lease when the next 30 day time period is upDepends how long they’ve been there and if they’ve been paying on time if they’ve been there for a year or more and they’ve been paying on time I probably would let it go depends if they’re paying market rent or not if they’re not I would be more inclined to have them get out after the next 30 day period is up
