I have a portfolio insurance policy and each year I spend hours going back and forth attempting to convince them that the policy amount for 10 properties is not the invoice amount for that one property.

We agreed on contract for the architect to assess progress for payment but he ignores the architect and simply invoices me directly.

In those instances, you should be invoicing your tenant for the difference.

Its hard to say sell, because dang the goal is to grow the portfolio and a lot of ppl on bigger pockets always say they regret selling properties.

It should invoice the entity hiring the contractors and be paid by that entity.

I have already paid the final invoice to the contractor.And the rental unit is located in OH.Do you think I should intervene in order to calm down the situation?

Anything above that, they could collect some quotes or reach out to our list of people (plumbers, electrician, etc) and the vendor would submit the invoice to us for payment.
