I want to move out of Florida, and wondering if outer cities near Nashville would fit my goals.

I have been renting out mid-term for a long time but I'm wondering if everyone has the same problems I do with the current options. 

As for Facebook, I have joined multiple groups and spend time searching marketplace but I have always wondered if I should be hesitant about reaching out to those people who are posting these homes.

The house still appraised for over sale price but I was wondering if this could be used as a negotiation moment or am I SOL? 

I am wondering what the turnaround time is?
