If you didn’t specifically advise on what to do, they drew it a specific way at the end of the day you approve the drawings to be built so it’s not their fault it appears and they should be compensated for the revisionIf it’s something they screwed up (does not appear to be case here) - then they correct their error

Yet deep secret s inside places ud never hear about yet they live tight next to you ....this is only because you know and can point 👉 ...it true , it's double punishment and does put lives at risk ..people they live with when vigilant groups do this type of stuff,...yet the guy who killed 3 people cause he likes to drive an drink is watching it all go down next to u waving at u,...just saying ,..u still being punished for what u done ?

The same is true for a house—placing a tax-advantaged asset into a tax-advantaged investing account cancels the tax advantages (or many of the immediate ones).Maybe @Michael Plaks or @Kaaren Hall can explain this better or correct my understanding here?

For asset protection, LLCs are over-hyped - you just need good insurance.Set up correctly, an LLC may give you decent anonymity, so tenants don't know you're the owner and can't track you down to retaliate (happened to my manager).
