I think you can post nearly any aspect of the property or analysis except maybe phone numbers or anything you agreed to keep confidential.... i see people posting mls listings, spreadsheet screenshots, etc..The numbers you posted above looked good on the surface. 

With everything I learned, I am confident I can finish this next one much faster.

I just listed the 3rd yesterday and I already have 6 showings set up for tomorrow and am confident I will get it rented by next week.

I know that this is a larger deal so some amount of confidentiality would be required but he is unwilling to offer any information outside of the asking price and a cap rate.

The quicker I could pay small bills off the more confident I got and re-affirmed for me that I could do this.

I feel confident I could do the work myself, and it would cost me probably closer to $7,000 compared to paying someone $15,000 to do everything.

I’m pretty confident I can raise that rent to $2200 but the tenant is a great tenant and pays right on time.

Unless you have a signed exclusive listing agreement with the seller (which you would need to be licensed to do obviously), an NDA or a Confidentiality Agreement, then it's a free country and anyone can call whoever they want.
