It allows us to care for our families, care for others, demonstrate selflessness and compassion when passing it along to others in need, be good financial models for others to esteem to, etc.

Do your own research, perform your own due diligence, look at the facts, weigh the evidence, listen to your own heart, follow your own moral compass, make up your own mind and come to your own conclusions before weighing in on bandwagon bs and propagating or defending unethical and immoral teachings based on illegal practices that place both the practitioners and public at risk.In closing in this debate who's hiding, who isn't, who can, has and will again back up their claims.

Is divorce a reason for breaking a lease.What I find amazing is that people in jobs or businesses that wouldn't think of giving away their product or labor think landlords are bad or lack compassion for insisting on getting paid for providing lodging.

It has nothing to do with innovation, profit, care, compassion, forethought, the deficit or any other sane components..

Science tries to do this through the creation of drugs, experimentation and theories but all of those start in some person's head.similarly with religious believers they want to make the world a better place through compassion and caring for your fellow human.

It feels like a lack of compassion on their part.

That is some major pressure and you need to mitigate all risk, trust no applicant to ever tell the truth and have zero compassion for their sob stories.

I under stand the lure of wholesaling and assigning.. but if you were simply listing these deals you would not be dealing with a bunch of defective folks with broken moral compass's  and with your ability and energy in that same 4 months you would probably have listed and sold 4 props a month not one in 4 months.but fast forward to your new found gig of flipping..

@Kurt Charles  I hear what your saying there.. and its an extremely fine line.what those who say don't be an agent generally are speaking about are transactions that if one was to use ethics and moral compass one would look at those and think neither were present.And what I refer to as the unsophisticated seller who knows no better.. they may look at a tax statement and if its tax assessed at one number they think that is ARV on a perfectly fine home.As an agent with a high standard of ethics you would point out that arv and tax assessed are not the same ARV is generally higher ( unless its a hoarder house or one in a great deal of disrepair) or in an area that has suffered from going from good area to bad IE turning into a Ghetto type environment as we see in the bigger older Cities. 

HOMELESS camping all over the place.. and they will buy a camper park it on the street in front of your home and just start living there.. steal your water make a freaking mess. its insane how these folks want all this compassion but then go on to ruin peoples lives by intimidation and creating waste were ever they go.
