There are cleverly worded programs for new home buyers but there is no rate discount or down payment reduction solely for first time buyers.

If you haven't found a way to cleverly (not illegally, but using a combination of financial intelligence and hard work - note the difference) break from the 9-5, I might recommend spending a little more time on BP

In one case, I do most of your listed VR services for a homeowner plus the initial 3-week set-up of the unit (design; procurement of furniture, kitchenwares, linens, etc.; photography, etc.).

I don't believe you can vet a tax pro by asking him/her some clever questions - if by vetting you mean professional competence.
