So far that answer is "no", but I work around this by classifying things like this as Repairs and then making a note in the Notes section.

@Wes Mccullar That'll be lender and situation dependent for sure -- I was able to get one classified as a second home that's just 20 miles from my primary residence; however that's definitely not always the case.

One bank says they will classify the property as Special Purpose and require a Phase 2 ESA at a minimum because of the laundromat tenant, even though they only account for about 20-25% of the leased space.
