Our tile in our kitchen is outdated and has minor cracks, our kitchen in the home is a huge selling point.

The place looks pretty solid outside of a 70's tile kitchen counter and somewhat sparse landscaping.

In the gas furnace that I used to have in my home, about once every two years the ceramic igniter would burn out.

I also did not charge the tenant for my work (demo, laying tile, etc.) so he actually received an additional $300(ish) off as well.They are challenging it and demanding the entire deposit and have said they are taking me to court.

New hardwood floors, vanity upgrades, kitchen countertops, bathroom tile, carpet and of course new wall and ceiling paint.

I also replace the kitchen and bathroom floor tiles because of cracking and not being level right.
