I have owned 3 brokerages over my career and its the 80 20 rule  20% of agents make 80% of all revenue.

I am looking to make this my second career (what i really want to do when I grow up) and I am excited for the future business relationships and friendships that are certainly to come.

., put on by people trying to “upswell” mentoring services, is the singly WORST thing you can do to launch your real estate career.  

I've been involved in the construction field for over 30 years and started my own construction company in 2008 when I also started flipping houses. 8 years ago I sold the construction company and began buying and holding long term rentals.

However, they provided a receipt with these concerning observations.Now, the township wants additional information about the drain field's working condition.

We are probably the only brokerage doing that.There is an entire field of economics devoted to irrational decision making.

I am in Tampa and we have a different MLS, but there is a "days on market" field in the MLS search engine that will allow an agent to search that.

Being only about a year into my investing career I'm still very green and don't have many re investing relationships other than my loan officer and realtor.

I'm also looking to connect career-wise as I am making transitions in my life right now & want to restart my Real Estate Journey or some type of involvement.
