You can do a more closed campaign or just send the same thing every time on a monthly basis forever.

I can give you a few ideas on how to go about building a campaign to attract investors and partners.

During all the stress and work we received a call from our direct mail campaign, put it under contract, found a buyer, and we closed yesterday profiting $9,500.  

Similar to a real estate agent you got to market your self and as far as off line get business cards and hand them out as much as possible,go to rei meetings,get numbers from bandit signs and place some out as well,and if budget allows start a direct mail campaign.

They are an excellent source of information.You can also find motivated sellers by starting a direct mail campaign targeting absentee owners with high equity.

Marketing campaign starts next week

Hi good to see new people getting involved in this field but my only advice I can give is find a job doing anything save so you could at least start a marketing campaign and grow from there.

I've considered starting a marketing campaign but not sure how I will juggle calls while working my job.

I think it is also good to mention that though I plan on doing a direct mail campaign soon, my strategy right now is to make call sheets based on my findings on property farm.
