So lets say the property is valued at 200,000 could a brand new LLC borrow 150,000 to 160,000 to purchase an investment property where the rent would be 1400 to 1500/month.Or since I own the LLC is it strictly based on my ability to get financed?

@Sheikh Umer In "Case A" it is likely that the tax commissioner still owns the 2016 tax lien (it's brand new).  

Some neat shops and bars there, and a brand new fishing and entertainment pier is scheduled to open this year.Congrats on your STR in Savannah! 

That was a huge win to have immediate equity in a brand new built home in an A class location that still cash flows well!  

Brand new to flipping and you want no oversight on the project from a professional.Feel bad for whoever buys that flip.

I do 90% of my own work. 200k I could build brand new from the ground up.
