I am very new in investing and am confused on whether I need to use a 1031 exchange here:I currently own a condo that my mother lives in rent free.

I am seriously looking to buy a property at Yucca Valley for Airbnb in the next 45 days, doing 1031 exchange.

Just curious how it really  turned out if it only made 10K average investor who would have had to borrow money would have been in the hole on this flip..So if you care to share the details I bet others would be very interested.OH i see your with velkesman I know those guys they charge money to get into their program.. 

I definitely think section 8 is a safe bet.

Maybe consider selling the home in AZ and doing a 1031 exchange into a NV property.Champaign is a great area my Corporate office is over in Chicago but my office in Florida.

Best bet is to come here and see how things are.
