Telling them what to do is a deep legal battle which noone wants to touch, you can't really prove it, if you're not monitoring them by the minute/hour, then I don't believe it is solid, safe bet on that is give them a clear and detailed scope as part of the contract (no employer-employee engagement there yet), and then monitor progress, everything you don't like, you issue a correction notice.

C or S Corporations are very problematic when dealing in 1031 Exchanges.Also, the swap and drop/drop and swap strategies mentioned generally only apply to entities that are taxed as partnerships and are much riskier than they used to be.

I'm sure it will be $5 per gal in California ... it probably already is $5 in Hawai'i.I would take the "short" bet on the National Avg hitting $5 for more than 2 weeks this year ... but I would not bet much.
