Maybe my deals aren't good enough or maybe I'm barking up the wrong trees? 

Folks that have $100K (or here in CA maybe $500K or more) in cash to spend on a house don't want to buy a house sight-unseen (at least on the inside), take on title risk, endure endless sale postponements and cancellations, take on an unknown amount of repairs, deal with foreclosed-out occupants, etc and do all of that just to find out, once inside, that they don't like the floor plan or that the neighbor's dog barks endlessly at night (remember, there are no transfer disclosures in foreclosure auctions!). 

I called the list agent and barked about why its not marked "Cash Only" in that case and then called the loan officer and asked her why the heck they had us get the preapproval if they weren't going to accept a loan anyway??

In other words, dogs still poop on the lawn and bark, pigs still give off an odor, and cats still spray on walls.

The barking is driving me insane when I work from home.

If by some people, you're referring to me, Bryan, you're barking up the wrong tree.

Put fresh dark compost (not bark) in the beds.

I do have a pet addendum through AACSC that includes non-barking/house-trained and other conditions I can set but wondering everyone's thoughts to help me make a decision and possibly offer this to them.

Kind of like taking aspirin instead of making your own willow bark extract.
