Dirt, asphalt, concrete, stucco, plaster, needs to be separated in a 10 cu yard low-boy.

Whenever a cloud passes overhead in my neighborhood, the "storm chasers" aka roofers start ringing the doorbell saying hail was in the area and they can likely get me approved for a new asphalt-shingle roof and siding.

I am at the end of a new construction build and was wondering if it is better to take care of all the landscaping (top soil, grading, sod, paver walkway etc) and AFTER this rip out the existing driveway and lay down new asphalt?

A landscaper , a asphalt paver , a roofer , etc are all required to obtain the same license . 

Some of it is asphalt and some is shingle.

Hoping that will work.Then I was thinking, I wonder if it would make sense to asphalt this area with a grade again away from the house.
