I have a deposit and first month rent (I don't require last month rent at move in) from the new tenants, we required that when we did the lease for 4/1, there is not a full lease starting 3/24, just an amendment, so I'm not worried about them paying.

Talk to Seller about amending your LO with Seller. 

It is generally a good idea to record them as this gives constructive notice to other interested parties of the amendments to the loan.  

Otherwise if your lender doesn't have a problem, you could draft up an amendment (or similar form) to assign the OTP to your LLC, if it is established before closing.
